Luxury Coaches
Good Way To Travel
Luxury coaches are not only super comfortable, spacious and reliable – they’re also the best way to travel, for you and the planet.
Bus or Coach travel allows for better/stricter overall hygiene practices as the better companies are following guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and government regulations. Trained drivers are knowledgable in disinfecting all surfaces in the coach, like seats, handrails, door handles, tables, overhead lockers and air-conditioning filters.
You bring your own facemasks and hygiene products; and they have additional facemasks, antiviral wipes and spray, and rubber gloves available for guests on board. Help is there for luggage, which is always a plus for us retired women.
The seats are plush, comfortable.
Besides conversing with friends, old or new, one can take a nap, play games, watch a movie or read on an Ipad. Good old-fashioned books work well, as do word searches, crosswords and Sodoku.
Guided coach tours are safer overall. With cellphones on nearly every person and with strict bus schedule/time-line and communication, there are people aware of your whereabouts and time of your arrivals, at all times. If those times are not met, someone is immediately sent for search and retrieval.
Also safer health wise, in that again, communication is available and you are on the ground thus easily access to ambulatory services.
Also the coach’s allow for fresh air circulation through doors and windows, so with a little dose of the over-the-counter brand of Emergen-C ®, both prior to and after traveling, you are sure to increase your immune system.
Additionally, there is no altitude swelling or sickness AND there is a bathroom available, along with the ability for stops to stretch your legs, reducing the likelihood of deep vein thrombosis, etc.
People seem to meet friends on road trips and there is so much to see along the way. Headsets are excellent for noise reduction and to better hear your tunes, pod-casts, or movies.
Some people file their nails, do knitting or crocheting or take an art pad with portable watercolors or colored pencils to create art… at least, I do.
Writing or updating your webpage or blog is something that I do. In fact, I’m doing it right now! It’s multi-tasking at it’s best…
Photo ops are abundant. if you are into photography/videography.
As the effects of climate change continue to impact our lives, more people are considering environmentally friendly travel. We know that increasing greenhouse gas emissions are linked to climate change and that transport like airplanes and cars have a large carbon footprint. I see it as a vacation/sightseeing as well as giving back to the community and the economy as tourism is a must for so many places. It’s a source of relaxation as we help out our ecosystem.
So what is the most eco-friendly way to travel and reduce your carbon footprint? The answer is guided coach tours. A larger group of people traveling on one greener vehicle, as opposed to many vehicles with only 1-3 passengers. Travelling with a group coach tour is also greener than trains when traveling domestically.
Other benefits of bus travel:
No rental cars expense or issues
No parking stress.
No need for a map to the destination or while exploring the sites at a destination.
Bottom Line; for a group of gals to take a nice leisurely trip, a luxury coach is safe, clean, relaxing and gives you each some breathing room to be yourself. Less stress, hassle or physical stress, such as baggage handling or traipsing through airports.
